Evaluation of the trainees' performance is carried out in real time mode for quality assessment and improvement.
Performance evaluation is based on
- Written Examinations
- Viva Voce : The outside experts from sister organizations
- Project Work (Dissertation)
- Sectionals Work (Mainly based on performance in the class)
- On the Job Training (OJT)
Grading Process
Based on the trainees' performance in the prescribed course, following ratings are indicated based on the scores and certificates are issued along with the mark sheets.
