• GOVERNING COUNCIL :

  The governing council working under the chief advisor, prepares and updates syllabi and oversees smooth functioning of the human resources development in Meteorology, Atmospheric Sciences and allied sciences.

• CHIEF ADVISOR :

  The DGM of IMD and PR with WMO is the chief advisor of RMTC, India and coordinates training activities with other international organizations like WMO, ICAO, UNDP and UNESCO and national organizations in India. Structuring of training programmes and effective development of human resources in India, in Meteorology, Atmospheric Sciences and allied disciplines are the thrust areas of the chief advisor s function.
